DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING TIMES HAVE INCREASED.

The time frames below are BEST case scenario. Expect that your order could possibly take up to double the standard time to arrive.

Fox Feathers & Clover Designs product orders, Australia wide, will be delivered to the customer through Australia Post or for more fragile items, a professional courier service will be employed to package and forward on, in order to guarantee safe delivery of purchase.

 

As a quality control initiative, all items ordered through the Fox Feathers & Clover Designs website, will be forwarded to the FF&CD business address, where it will be thoroughly checked and appropriately packed, before being sent onto the customer.

Orders within Australia take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive (please note this was pre-COVID-19).

We're able to offer free shipping in Australia as we've factored in domestic shipping costs into the pricing of our products. Unfortunately at this time we don't offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future so watch this space and make sure you sign up to our mailing list so you can keep across these developments.

NOTE: Please ensure your delivery address is correct when making a purchase. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or it is an address that is not able to receive deliveries from Aus Post and re-delivery is required, a flat fee of $15.00 will be charged for orders within Australia.
